A pivotal role in a large team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Design and develop BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Data Services and other technologies, aligned with business requirements.
- Build data models and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with IT team members to integrate BI solutions, ensuring their alignment with the overall technological framework and organizational goals.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, contributing to the planning, development and review of sprints to deliver iterative improvements to BI solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including FDD and TDD, to clearly describe BI architectures, data models and processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards and reports.
- Validate data and implement quality controls.
- Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, ensuring that BI solutions effectively facilitate strategic and operational decision-making.
- Keep abreast of the latest BI trends and technologies, with an emphasis on continuous learning and skills enhancement.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, with a focus on BI technologies or data analysis.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in BI development, with a solid background in Microsoft BI technologies, data modeling and ETL processes.
- Expertise in SQL, Python or R and DAX.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in the use of Git.
- Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps.
