A pivotal role in a great team

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:  

  • Understand how our clients use our technologies with their clientele to create their dream projects;
  • Understand manufacturing processes, objectives, metrics, and the people required to bring our clients’ dream projects to life;
  • Understand, analyze, document, and/or measure business processes;
  • Define the manufacturing process, logic, and details that our developers will use to build or improve our technologies;
  • Manage design, implementation, and deployment projects of global solutions to support our business plan;
  • Collaborate on various projects such as: ERP, MES, planning, and CRM, while bridging inter-system connections to achieve a 4.0 manufacturing process;
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control activities and timelines;
  • Manage activity priorities to ensure project completion;
  • Design, write, and modify project specifications;
  • Identify existing and non-existing solutions.

To meet this challenge successfully, we’re looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride, with the following qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or computer science.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and a good command of project management tools.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written), in both French and English. The required level of English is necessary due to regular collaboration with colleagues in Ontario and certain external suppliers.
  • Show initiative, judgment, high professional autonomy, good organizational skills, and responsibility.
  • Be creative and analytical in a problem-solving environment.
  • Have intellectual curiosity focused on technologies.
  • Demonstrate rigor and professionalism.
  • Understand the operation of a system or manufacturing process.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience.
  • Hold the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
  • Experience with Navision and Business Central (an asset).
