A pivotal role in a large team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:  

  • Plan the layout of a document area.
  • Operate general-purpose software (e.g. Dozuki).
  • Create and operate databases.
  • Carry out information searches.
  • Write summary descriptions of documents.
  • Index documents.
  • Document management.
  • Classify documents.
  • Ensure a continuous information gathering process.
  • Develop and implement a document management system and tools.
  • Ensure document conservation with an archive.
  • All other related tasks.

 

On a day-to-day basis, they will work closely with like-minded colleagues to achieve success:

  • Xavier, Methods and Quality Assurance Manager, experienced and efficient.
