A pivotal role in a great team
The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s success by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Maintain multiple sources of data related to scheduled deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively collaborate with various departments, such as customer service, planning, shipping and carriers, to ensure effective coordination.
- Optimize delivery routes and loading orders with the operating system, and complete shipping documentation.
- Reconcile carrier invoicing according to transport cost forecasts.
- Work closely with the Customs Compliance Specialist to ensure proper export documentation for all shipments.
- Contribute to various logistics improvement and development projects.
On a day-to-day basis, he will work closely with colleagues who share the same goals of success:

- You have a DEC in transportation logistics or a related discipline.
- You are familiar with the Office Suite.
- You are bilingual.
- You have good priority management skills.

- You’re in complete control in stressful situations.
