A pivotal role in a great team

The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s success by assuming the following responsibilities:  

    • Maintain multiple sources of data related to scheduled deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Actively collaborate with various departments, such as customer service, planning, shipping and carriers, to ensure effective coordination.
    • Optimize delivery routes and loading orders with the operating system, and complete shipping documentation.
    • Reconcile carrier invoicing according to transport cost forecasts.
    • Work closely with the Customs Compliance Specialist to ensure proper export documentation for all shipments.
    • Contribute to various logistics improvement and development projects.

     

    On a day-to-day basis, he will work closely with colleagues who share the same goals of success:

    • Yannick Bilodeau, Planner, collaborative and motivated.
    • Chantal Fortin, Customs Compliance Specialist, dedicated and caring.
    • Debra-Lyn, Logistics Technician, committed and collaborative.

    • You have a DEC in transportation logistics or a related discipline.
    • You are familiar with the Office Suite.
    • You are bilingual.
    • You have good priority management skills.
    • You are methodical and organized.
    • You have the ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with various internal and external functions.
    • You’re in complete control in stressful situations.
