A pivotal role in a great team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Promote and enforce occupational health and safety practices and ensure that a respectful work environment is maintained that is based on Cabico’s values and management philosophy.
- Act as a coach, leader and be a credible partner for your group of team members in collaboration with the operations team.
- Manage human resources and daily assignments for your department (Electromechanics, Planner-Buyer) as well as coordinate the subcontractors involved.
- Manage response priorities in collaboration with the support and production teams.
- Ensure the efficiency and quality of maintenance work.
- Ensure that you have an up-to-date and efficient system for planning and scheduling work orders.
- Manage the execution of the schedule of scheduled jobs.
- Ensure the availability of required parts and materials.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and reduce corrective actions.
- Ensure that the plant’s objectives are met through the implementation of best practices in the field of maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with our high-quality standards and lead time and support our commitment to operational excellence.
- Analyze, identify, and propose improvement projects related to his/her field of expertise and encourage team members to participate.
- Communicate the objectives to be achieved, the progress and the results obtained to the relevant team members (KPIs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge related to his/her field of expertise, both in terms of concepts and technologies.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride with the following qualifications:
- Have a background in mechanical, electromechanical, or other related engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of management experience.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Have good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain constructive professional relationships with the various internal and external functions.
- Ability to demonstrate respect, autonomy, organization, judgment, and rigor.
- Have in-depth knowledge of various industrial maintenance technologies.
