A pivotal role in a great team
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure campaigns align with established timelines and strategic direction.
- Manage the content calendar for all social media platforms.
- Lead and contribute to the production of over 24 monthly content pieces, including stories.
- Support advertising campaigns: analyze sales data for precise geographic targeting, create and manage audiences, optimize campaigns, and make strategic adjustments quarterly.
- Gather visual assets and coordinate the production of marketing content.
- Oversee content and communication approval and translation processes.
- Design newsletters: writing, layout, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites in collaboration with the IT team and external partners.
- Contribute to SEO/SEA efforts for websites and manage associated Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Coordinate website updates: cookie management, content additions/removals, various integrations (photos, blog articles, etc.).
- Track campaign results (KPIs and ROI).
- Participate in market analysis and competitive intelligence activities.

To achieve this challenge successfully, we’re looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride, with the following qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- You excel in organization and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- You’re comfortable using marketing and office tools such as WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, etc.
- You demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit.
- You have experience in B2B marketing or in a related industry (design, manufacturing, retail) – an asset.
- You’re proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and have a basic understanding of graphic design – an asset.
