A key role in a great team.
The selected candidate will contribute to the company’s success by taking on the following responsibilities:
- Assess needs for spare parts, consumables, and maintenance services.
- Research, select, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Order the necessary parts, materials, and services.
- Manage stock levels to ensure availability while avoiding overstock.
- Monitor expenses and propose cost optimization measures.
- Analyze consumption trends to anticipate purchases and adjust inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan shutdowns and interventions.
- Inspect delivered parts for compliance and quality.
- Manage both physical and computerized inventory (GMAO).
- Participate in new equipment projects and identify critical spare parts.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is driven by values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride, and who possesses the following qualifications:
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are familiar with the following software tools: CMMS, ERP, and Excel.
- You have basic knowledge of mechanics.
- You can use basic measuring tools such as a caliper.
- You can read and understand mechanical assembly drawings.
- You are organized and detail-oriented.
- You can work under pressure, manage priorities, and handle unexpected situations.
- You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- You can establish and maintain constructive professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- You have training in electromechanics (an asset).
