The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Understand how our clients use our technologies with their customers to create their dream projects.
- Understand the manufacturing processes, goals, measures and people required to make our clients’ dream projects a reality.
- Understand, analyze, document and/or measure business processes.
- Define the manufacturing process, logic, and details that our developers will use to build or improve our technologies.
- Manage projects for the design, implementation and implementation of global solutions to support our business plan.
- Collaborate on various projects such as: ERP, MES, planning and CRM while building inter-system bridges in order to achieve a 4.0 manufacturing.
- Plan, organize, direct and control activities and schedules.
- Manage the priorities of activities to ensure the completion of projects;.
- Design, write and modify specifications for projects;.
- Identify existing and non-existent solutions.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride with the following qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration or computer science.
- Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and a good command of project management tools.
- Leadership skills.
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), both in French and English.
- Demonstrate initiative, judgment, high professional autonomy, good organizational skills and responsibility.
- Have a creative and analytical mind in a problem-solving environment.
- Have a technology-oriented intellectual curiosity.
- Demonstrate rigor and professionalism.
- Understand how a manufacturing system or process works.
- Have at least 5 years of experience.
- Posséder la certification Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
