The selected candidate will contribute to the company’s success by taking on the following responsibilities
Support the Procurement Department:
- Generate various required reports
- Ensure daily follow-up on purchase orders with suppliers
- Maintain communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Perform system-based receiving of goods
- Conduct certain purchases
- Carry out cycle counts
- Support the Customer Order Processing department
- Enter data into various systems
- Perform various administrative tasks
Support the Logistics Department:
- Participate in shipment planning using the DSMS system by coordinating pickup schedules with carriers and collecting and analyzing quotes for Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments
- Prepare shipping documents
- Verify, scan, and file proof of deliveries (PODs)
- Communicate with carriers to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Respond to inquiries from the Customer Service Department regarding shipment statuses
- Respond to urgent service parts requests
- Conduct feasibility analyses for on-site deliveries
Working daily with like-minded colleagues

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is driven by values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride, and who possesses the following qualifications:
- You hold an AEC or DEC in logistics, procurement, administration, or any other related field — or you have significant experience in a similar role
- You are bilingual, both written and spoken
- You have strong communication skills
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- You are familiar with transportation software (an asset)
- You have knowledge of customs procedures (an asset)
- You have strong organizational skills, can manage priorities effectively, and are resourceful
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
