The selected candidate will contribute to the company’s success by taking on the following responsibilities:
- Organizes, leads, and executes assigned tasks in collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensures that warehouse receipts are completed on time and meet quality standards, in accordance with established methods and procedures.
- Make sure that materials are properly identified and stored in the correct locations within the warehouse and various plant zones.
- Ensures that the production line is sufficiently supplied to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Remains available and supportive of any needs arising from the production line.
- Monitors inventory levels in various areas and reports trends to the supply supervisor in order to avoid stockouts.
- Identify any delivery delays and collaborates with the supply supervisor to proactively work with suppliers to resolve the situation.
- Participates in defining, proposing, and implementing policies, standards, procedures, and performance indicators related to the supply function, particularly those concerning the warehouse.
- Contributes to the development, improvement, maintenance, and optimization of supply department processes.

- Comfortable using a computer
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with an inventory management system is an asset

- Able to work independently and anticipate tasks to be done
